I have 8GB RAM + i7 processor. I am only interested to install 64-bit Desktop Ubuntu release. But i do not want to install Ubuntu Desktop thats my mission and vision, while i install using my LiveCD or LiveUSB.
1. All the links minimal CD or Alternate install CD both links has problem
2. GRUB did not get installed i have tried 20 times 64-bit desktop and 64-bit server all gave me this window:

3. After installing without GRUB because it fails

4. When the installation is complete, and boot my system it does not have MBR nor GRUB as a result i have a blinking cursor and black screen. I waited to see the face of terminal for about 30 minutes for each installation (in total i did 20 times 64-bit desktop and 20 times 64-bit server installation all ended up to this)
