My Hauwai EC168 USB Broadband card worked well in 11.04, but not in 11.10. The card was working sometimes but not at other times. When it links, it tends to drop the link without warning. The network drop-down menu may list it, but will not automatically connect. Checking either the card or broadband in the menu makes the card work, but does not remain checked. As of this note, the card cannot be recognised. The card works and functions in other computers perfectly.
Is there something wrong with 11.10, or is there something else that I need to do?
