I'm running Ubuntu 11.04 Server edition. When I performed updates this week a message appeared on my terminal saying a new version (11.10) is available and that I can upgrade by running "do-release-upgrade". So I ran "do-release-upgrade" and the program tells me that no new version is available.
What am I missing? I feel like my system is teasing me, offering upgrades and then taking them away.
