11.10 Nvidia driver install problem

I have NVIDIA Geoforce 8400M GS driver.. I tried to install the current NVIDIA Driver which was marked (recommended) from the Additional Drivers options. I got the error that the driver could not be installed and it dumped the error log at /var/log/jockey which is reproduced below..Pl help

Wait !! I think the error is because I had opened too many instances of the installer at one time ..One was installing updates, another was dwnloading Nvidia , Also dwnloading restricted - extras...On executing only the driver update , it has got installed...
