Problem with the clock and new time zone

Hi! I've changed time zone, so I set the new time on my computer, but now it just goes back again to the old time zone over and over again. I've even put in the geographically location and I pushed to button "set time for the howl system" or something like that (my button is in Norwegian). So how can I set the time and make it stay in the same time?
