Ugly battery/power indicator icon

Hi all,

I have the exact same problem as those users (unity, 11.10) :

Unfortunately, it hadn't been solved for everybody. I went through all updates available with no success. This fat icon is still here... Could not even find it on disk :(

Any idea?

I feel your pain. I have a similar question about the system/shutdown icon. I want to change it but can't find where it's coming from. It's not in the icon theme I've applied.

I'd be curious to know the answer to this as well.

Just to add to this- I too am having this same problem. I didn't have I with 11.04, but I do now. I'm still searching for a solution (though, admittedly, not as hard as I should be), hopefully I'll find one soon. :(
