Dual boot with Encryption (Alternate)

'Just installed a new hard drive and put Windows XP on it.

Now, I want to install Ubuntu 10.04 on the drive for a dual boot system with the Ubuntu partition to be Encrypted (except boot)

I've tried setting it up with the Alternate Cd but can't figure out how to do it.

Anyone have a step-by-step guide in how to do it?
