Power off during upgrade using alternate disk

During upgrade, using alternate disk (alternate iso burnt into a disk), power went off. I was trying to upgrade from Natty to Oneric. Now I gets ubuntu in terminal mode (or recovery). What is the command need to upgrade using alternate?

It's for 10.04 so you might have to make some changes when mounting the .iso.

Incidently, i have never upgraded from the alternate CD so i can't vouch for this especially after you had a power failure.
