Package 'libxcb-render-util0' has no installation candidate

Apparently this package has been deleted in 11.10

Presumably there is a good reason for this.

However, Draftsight CAD (http://www.3ds.com/products/draftsight/overview/) depends on this.

Is there a way I can install it?

I've installed DrfatSight using this link: http://www.mjfox.ch/wordpress/draftsight-and-ubuntu-11-10-oneiric/ on Xubuntu 11.10.
