I am a programmer so I have a lot of windows open, spread across 3 monitors and 6 workspaces, for a total of 18 virtual desktops. Everything is working fine, then I hit Alt+<n> to get to the nth workspace (ie. Alt+1) and then the windows go all catatonic, my CPU starts working like crazy and ALL the windows get randomly moved around. I can not stress how annoying this is. Since I upgraded to 11.10, the problem has gotten worse as my 6 workspaces have further been reduced to 1 every time this happens.
Is anyone else pulling their hair out over this?
