In ubuntu 11.10 is there any way to make unity do this? Where it maximizes but doesn't take the whole screen, and leaves the launcher in place? I'm not a fan of full-screen apps. If not is there any way to install Gnome2?http://img844.imageshack.us/img844/9282/screenshotat20111024143.png
