installing kernel

I can't find anywhere on how to download/upgrade my 2.6.38.4 kernel to 2.6.39.4

Any thoughts?

have you run the update manager? It will be there if it needs to be added. It usually opens automatically if there are updates. But you can run it. It's in Administration.
