Valleyschwag has a great idea.
They take web related schwag such as T-shirts, stickers, hats, keychains, etc and package them up. They will ship one package to you each month for $15 ( in a monthly subscription service). The stuff they send out is useless to most people, but heaven to us geeks.

I was thinking it would be cool to get together a bunch of the stickers people have been creating and send them to valleyschwag to be included with the package sent out. A lot of people take pictures of the stuff they get and blog about the stuff too, so it would be another way to get spread the word about Ubuntu.
