Hello!
I'm a green hand on Linux, and I decide to get started from Ubuntu 11.10. Now I'm trying to install ubuntu on a virtual machine, but I'm not sure how much hard disk space it's gonna need.
Would it be sufficient if I occupy 12GB for the whole ubuntu system?
Thanks a lot.:p

12 gigabyte? That will do! I use 10 gig. for every virtualbox installation. But then i have a 500 gig hard disc, so space is not a problem...

Hi man
you can move with > 5GB. But for better performance i suggest you direct installation.
Enjoy Ubuntu.
