Just upgraded to 11.10 - mostly a smooth ride.

But my contact list - which is synced from Google - has vanished. I've tried deleting the list ('cannot delete address book'), and making a new address book with the same credentials - which also fails to populate.

Anyone else come across this?

Hello,
I have the same since update 11.10.
No google contact are shown and delete is not possible any more.
If I create a new google address book it is the same, and also not possible to delete.
I have reinstalled Evolution and it is still the same.
Is there a possibility to delete all settings?

Same problem here too...now we know why they didn't use Evolution as email client and encouraged everyone to change to Thunderbird!

Found solution elsewhere here on Forums!
