where do they go ?
the bottom task bar does not show my minimized folders or programs
some of the programs can be restituted from the topbar like opera but what do i need to do to get that working again in oneiric?
thanx shan

at first glance you dont see them because you cant , due to the theme colors used, so try with an other theme (system settings) and tweak with adwaita/radiance/ambiance

hmmm dino seems to have nothing to do with that had tried different themes already
Anyone else? any ideas seems they go upwards and disappear
as for folders they just vanish when i minimize:KS

bump
this is quite annoying
i cannot think i am the only one with this at the moment
folders zip up to the top right hand side of my screen when i minimize and do not reappear
nothing ever goes to the systembar at the bottom
i have compiz on unity too and gnome-panel --replace
could this be a factor?

also alt+ f9 will minimize a folder or program but alt+ f10 brings nothing back....

so reading around found an application called Docky (http://www.liberiangeek.net/2011/09/use-gnome-desktop-with-docky-in-ubuntu-11-10-oneiric-ocelot/) which does the same thing so will have to use that for now nice anyway .....
