View Full Version : Good futuristic wallpapers?

I was watching at "Mount Snowdon, Wales" in Oneiric's wallpapers which looks like in Mars and it's uber fantastic! Was wondering if there is some place you could get packs with such fine wallpapers to set them changing through the day.

Check out DesktopNova in the software center for changing wallpapers . The second link includes the 11.10 community wallpaper short list . Not all the wallpapers made it into 11.10 .

I just use google image search set to filter results according to the resolution of my monitor.

I tryied that but it is a bit painful.. Was hoping there was some pack to save some time =P~

Nice pics there also but they are too small. My screen is 1920x1080

That doesn't work on 11.10. Seems nothing from Gnome 2 works on Gnome 3. Have tryied 3-4 different background apps and nothing functioned properly!

Man you're a god!! Where is that place? I think the wallpapers In Oneiric are the best I have ever seen on Ubuntu. Especially yours, the 3d Oneiric and the Train Station.
