I am using 11.10 Unity.

After installing gnome-tweak, and ubuntu-tweak I had available the classic blue stripes wallpaper, similar to Fedora 15 wallpaper. I am using it as my Desktop wallpaper. I want to use it as background in my login screen.

It is not available in /usr/share/backgrounds/ , but is visible in "change Desktop background"

Does anyone know where I can find it?

Thanks

It is displayed as the first choice in appearance settings unless that is a different wallpaper.

I ran into this a while ago. I happened to know it was called 'stripes' and found it with locate: /usr/share/themes/Adwaita/backgrounds/stripes.jpg

Thanks for the information. A simple copy from where you found the stripes.jpg to /usr/share/backgrounds/ and it is now available as my login background.

Much appreciated
