Hello All

I like phones with hardware alphanumeric keyboards. My current phone is an Orange Rio which is a branded ZTE-G X991, and is ok but no smart phone, and no sync.

I'm looking at either a Blackberry Curve 9300, or an Orange Barcelona (branded Huawei running Android 2.2) - both have G3/HSDA

Does anyone have experience with the following?

synchronisation with Linux calendar/tasks (Evolution or Thunderbird/lightwave)
Internet sharing, i.e. access of the phone's mobile internet connection by a netbook running Ubuntu/Xubuntu
Mass storage loading of music and unloading of pictures/video

Experience from UK users especially welcome
