I'm trying to update my PC from 10.10 to 11.04 and then 11.10 but I'm stuck on the first step.
update-manager complains that it "Could not find the release notes". When I run d-release-update from the command line, I see:
$ sudo do-release-upgrade
Checking for a new ubuntu release
Err Upgrade tool signature

WARNING:root:file 'natty.tar.gz.gpg' missing

Fetching the upgrade failed. There may be a network problem.
Networking is otherwise fine. I can use update-manager and apt-get to query packages and perform updates.
