It's not available under powercog > keyboard and snap drag to the side of the desktop isn't tiling anymore...
I'm going to check out awesomewm but I still want to know how to do it.
By the way I've tried:
$apt-cache search compiz-fusion-plugins-unsupported
&
wmtile is 404 not found
