Ubuntu 11.10 post upgrade questions: Nautilus and Power Option

Upgraded to Oneiric Ocelot and can't figure out how to:

1. Set List view as default in Nautilus; don't like icon view.
2. Add Reboot to power options; has everything other than reboot.

For Nautilus,go into Edit | Preferences and change the preferred view.
