Hello to all!
I have installed GNOME 3 and have a question about Alternate Tab: is it possible to see only windows from current virtual desktop when I press Alt-Tab? Currently, I see all windows and I makes some inconvenience navigating them.

Hope that it will be interesting to some persons. I have received the answer from one of GNOME Shell developers:

The short answer: not currently.
The long answer: you can show applications from the current workspace
(similar to the native one, but filtered), or you can show windows from
all workspaces. The combination is not implemented yet.
In addition to that, alternate-tab is known to be very buggy at the
moment, and since the original author disappeared I'm not sure it will
be ever fixed.
Some of us hope that the core switcher will be made more configurable,
but it's just that, a hope. In any case, keep following the developments
of gnome-shell and/or gnome-shell-extensions if you really want to see
that feature, and possibly comment in the already open bugs.
Thanks,

Giovanni
