View Full Version : [SOLVED] No GUI installation. How do install from command line, perhaps?

Trying to install ubuntu, when the GUI seems like its about to load (cew colorful lines appear on the screen really fast), it drops to a terminal.

Happened with Xubuntu too

Fixed.

Turned out i was using Unetbooting to put the image into the USB drive.
It had worked for years, and even worked today with linuxmint.

Then i used the software the download page told me to use, and it works now.
