hello all,
I posted a thread with the intent of getting some help, here (http://ubuntuforums.org/showthread.php?t=1864329&page=2)
But i was having a bit of a winge so someone moved it to the cafe' ;-)
So i tried to install 10.04 64 bit off a usb....fail, got to the first line stating the developer i think and the year of release.....frozen....
So i went back into Win 7 burnt iso to cd, rebooted, got to choose fresh install over Win 7, went to the Ubuntu and 5 dots screen, for ages, finally played a ubuntu tune and my screen went black, i heard another tune but screen still black, looks like a card issue....is there a fix? its an ATI Radeon HD 4800 series....
