Hello,

I have a VLC icon on my Unity side bar. When I launch VLC, I also have my playlist window (Ctrl-L). If I reduce the playlist, it disappears, but if I click the VLC icon on the Unity bar, it doesn't restore my playlist (Ctrl-L doesn't either at this point). How could I do?
Thanks,

You should mention whether you are using 11.04 or 11.10

If you don't min the playlist & click, (or d. click) on the icon do you go to the spread window? (the same should happen if one of the windows is minimized

Thanks. I'm using 11.10. What do you mean by "the spread window"?

See screen
When you have 2 or window of the same app open left clicking on the launcher icon should pull the window to a 'spread' view where you can click on 1 to return the window clicked on to focus
(sometimes you need to double l. click to go to spread, depends on your current focus

Using vlc as you described as an Ex. in screen

Thanks, you're right, I have this spread window too. I thought this was a bug, but it's actually useful...
