Greetings,
Some relevant info: Dell XPS L702X, Oneiric 64-bit upgraded from Natty 64-bit.
On Natty, when I would enable or disable my touchpad, it would show a notification describing this. Once I upgraded to Oneiric, it is blank. Not a huge deal, but a bit goofy looking, and just wanted to see if anyone on here was also encountering this and had a reference before I started posting bugs. (The closest one I found was 328934 (https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/notify-python/+bug/328934), and unfortunately I don't know if the attempted message has special characters to verify this on my behavior.
For reference, other messages show fine (gmail-notify, battery, etc.).
