Just upgraded from 11.04 to 11.10
The upgrade it self works great however it is soooo slooooow
Once all files are downloaded the upgrade and unpacking starts. This process takes forever !
45 -55 minutes on my machine ( I core 2500 K ) processor only running on all cores 5-15%
What is causing this ? any settings wrong ? why not using all available power to get the job done quickly ( looks like MS was involved :D )
btw looks great guys , another step in the right direction , now please concentrate on getting the speed back
