does natty have icon that shows desktop by one click?

Not by default, as you see; but you can work around that:

A bit of a hack-ish method, admittedly, but the only way that is possible, afaik.

I know it's not a button and that's what you're looking for but just in case it helps the keyboard shortcut is pretty simple and easy to remember...

superkey/windows-key + D

As it's definitely in the official repos (http://packages.ubuntu.com/search?suite=default&section=all&arch=any&searchon=names&keywords=wmctrl) of all current Ubuntu versions, just make sure that the second option, "universe", is enabled in "Software Sources -> Ubuntu Sources". If you happen to have to enable that option there, make sure to choose "Reload" upon closing the window, then try again to install it.
