Hi,
I have a laptop with win7 64bit ;320GB HDD.
I shrank my c: from 151 GB to 93GB.I now have 40GB partition as "UNALLOCATED".
"unallocated" is basically a partition that hasn't been formatted.
Now i tried to install ubuntu 11.04 from a live PD.Now when installing ubuntu, when the part comes where i have to select a partition to install->it just shows my win7(c:) as 1partiton(93GB) and the rest(226gb) of the partitions as one!!
I cannot see the separate "UNALLOCATED" partition.
HOW DO I PROCEED?
Also I would have provided a screenshot..but idon't know how to take one outside windows.
PS:I also tried formatting the 40GB partition and then installing, still the same problem.I am pretty sure it's a small adjustment, but I cannot figure out what do I have to amend.
