When I upgraded from 11.04 to 11.10 I did not get the 3.0 kernel, instead I'm stuck with 2.6.38. Is there any way to make this happen from the command line? I've messed up my nvidia graphics settings and can't get X to run at the moment, so I'd like to upgrade to the appropriate kernel then see what I can do with the graphics.
