View Full Version : [ubuntu] lost wireless during upgrade

A few hours after starting the upgrade to 11.10, thiis error message appeared (after reverting to Eth0).

Configuration server couldn't be contacted: D-BUS error: Method "GetDefaultDatabase" with signature "" on interface "org.gnome.GConf.Server" doesn't exist

How can I reset to continue the upgrade.

Nevermind. I rebooted and 11.10 seems to be working ok. even got wireless going again. I do worry that there was no cleanup done. oh well, we'll see
