Well I have upgraded to 11.10 and now for the life of me I can not figure out how to get Compiz back to working with the classic Gnome screen settings. Can someone help with this issue. An upgrade should keep all the same settings the prior installation had. I see my Skydome there and everything but the cube and compiz settings do not work. I cant find anything that tells me how to get it back.
Not a fan of Unity, things seemed so much easier and straight forward with Gnome.
