Hello.
After upgrading from 11.04 Natty Narwhal to 11.10 oneiric I lost my Desktop settings.
First of all I can't "autohide" the side launcher anymore. I tried to reinstall COMPIZ but the problem stays.
Strange is that in my appearance settings (right mouse button on the Desktop) I have only a view themes "Radiance, Ambiance, High Contrast and High Contrastinverse to select.
So, I installed the Gnome Panel with sudo apt-get install gnome-panel but if I juice the classic Gnome in launching Ubuntu at the login panel the new Ubuntu 2D starts allways.
All the rest works fine.
