I am offering installation and training to convert Windows users to
Ubuntu Linux.

I started using Ubuntu 2 years ago and spent a lot of time learning to use all the usual apps. My impression is that Ubuntu is awesome but there are a few things that although easy to overcome
can stop a novice user in their tracks. One good example is the codecs install that is necessary to get DVDs of all formats to play.

I think there is a market for someone to walk people through the
setting up process and be available for help at least for awhile
to get them through simple hurdles that can be daunting to a
newbie.

I have a website, myubuntuexperience.com. I'd really like opinions on:

1 - Am I violating any rules of conduct?

2 - Is anyone else out there doing something similar?
