Centos not booting from ubuntu 11.04 grub

I have installed the following Oprating System

1st installed Windows Xp
2nd installed Centos 5.5
3rd installed Ubuntu 11.04

The default Grub is from Ubuntu, now Centos 5.5 is not booting i am getting the following error message.

error: invalid magic number
error: you need to load kernel first.

press any key to continue. . .
