Hi Kids.
I have a Canon T2I and I am trying to install a beautiful hack called "Magic Lantern" on it. What is required to allow the Magic Lantern camera firmware to boot on the camera is for me to use a hex editor. I'm on Ubuntu 11.04, but occasionally on Ubuntu 10.10.
I have a few questions:
Is anyone using Magic Lantern on their Canons? If so, which version/camera?
Any idea which hex editor I can use to make the SD card bootable? There's a tutorial here, but in recent versions, the *.sh file is missing from the distribution. http://magiclantern.wikia.com/wiki/Bootdisk
Thanks in advance for anyone with tips.
