Every time I go to YouTube, Adobe Flash 10 plug-in keeps crashing. So I'm unable to watch any videos. I play drums with a country band and YouTube is where I go to learn new songs we'll be playing. Need to know how to solve the Adobe Flash problem! Am I even in the correct room to seek the kind of help I need? Thanks!!

Tried what you recommended but no impact on my problem - Adobe Flash still continues to crash! I believe a report was generated and sent. However I'm neither a programmer nor a developer - just a simple PC user so I can't confirm it was indeed sent to you!

No, it did not come. Did you select the option to install it fully and safely?

I have brought up a terminal and typed exactly what the article instructed. I have done this several times and have accomplished nothing! I don't know enough to know what I'm doing attempting to activate your Flash Doctor app. And Adobe Flash continues to crash every time activated so I'm at an absolute standstill! I'm not a programmer nor a developer, I AM a PC user with - apparently - not enough knowledge to solve this matter! Thanks anyway!

Which version of Ubuntu are you running?

If you are using Firefox as your browser, may I suggest that you try Flash-Aid (https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/addon/flash-aid/)? It will remove conflicting versions of Flash, which may be at the root of your problem.

+1 for Flash-Aid (http://www.webgapps.org/download/add-ons/firefox). :)

The latest rev of flash is 11. Why aren't you running this? Did you install 11? Please check in your package manager.

"doit" was a spammer. He was putting hidden links in his posts, for the benefit of google searches. Please disregard.
