Hey guys. So I already have Windows XP SP3 install alongside Ubuntu 11.04 and was looking to add another install of either Win7 Pro or OS X 10.7 Lion. I have no idea where to start and if this is even possible on the same HDD that I am using for my current dual boot.
Here is a screenshot of my layout in Win XP (can do one on GParted on request)

So what options do I have? And how should I go by them?
Please note this is a netbook so USB install is the only option.
