Please help me with Dual booting ubuntu 11.10 installed first with windows 7

I have ubuntu 11.10 installed all works fine, now I need to install windows 7, I need an up to date guide of how to do this.
a nice link will be very welcomed.
I wanted to change this mail as it is posted under kubuntu to ubuntu, but didn't how to do that

The process is rather simple, so that I doubt there is a guide.

1. Create some disk space for Windows, either unallocated space or an NTFS partition. Use Gparted from the Ubuntu live CD.

2. Install Windows.

3. Reinstall Grub from the Ubuntu live CD.
