Upgrade Error - Please help me

Hi guys,

I updated my ubuntu from 10.10 to 11.04

But once the update is over, i got some problems, i dont know how to describe it, the menubar and taskbar are missing

Please help me guys,

I jut post the snap shot of my desktop when i login, u will find what i am tell.

into a terminal (ctrl+F2):

gnome-panel --replace

But when i close the terminal, then again the panel is gone.

Hey guys, the problem is solved,
I updated my system is command prompt, due to that, some missing files were installed.

Ubuntu 11.04 is nice
