Hello all! I'm new to the forum, one of my friends told me to come join, I am working on a project with alot of speech recognition, Is there a speech program out there that, when I say something It react's with what I say, reply's "Yes sir, Right away sir, or "Sir, your request cannot be thought of" I'm up for a little coding if I have to do so, but, I'd prefer if theres a program where, I can make "rules" per say, and then have what i say as the input, what it says back, and what it does to the terminal.

IE:
Me: Please dim lights to 30%
Computer: Right away sir, lights are now being dimmed to 30%
what the computer sends to terminal: (whatever command this is in the terminal for my lighting software)

Thanks!

that would require me to say the actual commands, I'd prefer to say "Dim lights to 50%" when it puts in the terminal "heyu fdimb A2 11" and the lights dim to 50%

Kindof something like MacSpeech Dictate
