I've been looking around for a way to export what the currently running xorg.conf would be and save it as the default.
I'm actually running Mythbuntu. The problem is if the TV or monitor is turned off when the computer boots it doesn't use a compatible screen resolution and hence I can't see anything. If the TV is on it works just fine. I'm using HDMI to a plasma display @ 720p.
I just can't seem to find any posts about this sort of thing.
