Has anyone tried to get AWR Microwave Office working on Ubuntu? I haven't heard of anyone even attempting it, but I would assume someone has at least tried using Wine.
The possibility crossed my mind when I found a tar ball on AWR's website. The description wasn't very clear, but I found it listed under the AWR 2011 windows install file. I asked the AWR support staff if they had a Unix based version. They said they had worked on a unix based backend for computationally heavy calculations, like EM simulations (Axiem).
Anyway, AWR is keeping a windows computer in my living room, which I would love to get rid of.
Has anyone tried AWR with Wine or know what that tar ball is? Thanks.
