View Full Version : [SOLVED] How do I upgrade Banshee?

OK.

I have added the PPA,

sudo add-apt-repository ppa:banshee-team/ppa
and checked for updates but I have none.

I am currently running Banshee 2.0.1 and I cant find successful instructions anywhere to upgrade to 2.2 or even 2.1.4.

What am I doing wrong?

2.2.0 is available for natty & oneiric

https://launchpad.net/~banshee-team/+archive/ppa

inside synaptic (sudo synaptic -> from menu: settings -> repositories -> other software, select the line & edit it with the bottom icon) check this ppa setting (set it to natty if you use it) then update, you should get it.
