A bit of background info.
I have used Ubuntu since 9.04, love it. Though, to be honest, the only reason I changed from XP was because Ubuntu is soo much easier to use bluetooth AD2P audio. I have my laptop's speakers turned off, and only use my bluetooth headset for audio.

However, I hate Unity, horrible. I tried to move to Lubuntu, many times actually, but I can't get AD2P to work right. I think it has to do with the fact that Lubuntu uses Pulse as it's main backend, were as Ubuntu uses ALSA (with pulse plugins).

I can get AD2P to work, with installing gnome-volume-control-applet, and adding it to startup. Works fine for a day, or so, then it dies out on me, and I can't get audio to work no matter what I do.

So, is there anyway to remove all the lubuntu specific audio components, and install the standard Ubuntu one's? I don't know what packages I can remove, ect with out braking anything.

Or is there any other way to fix it?
