Best place to learn?

Right now I'm reading a book called "Hacking: The Art of Exploitation" and I'm reading the programming section. Where can I learn more about how memory registers and memory are affected in the CPU?

The book is great, but I feel like I'm "burned out" from all the reading. I'd like to get as much as "real world" hands on experience as possible.

Good book, however the short answer that a moderator will likely inform you of is "not here"

That being said I would learn about assembly :-)

Any good place to get "hands on" with assembly. I know that there's plenty of hands on things to do, but I want a challenge. I want to figure things out and see how much I've learned.

Is there a Terminal puzzle of some sort?

I've highlighted the book in different colors to make sure that I'm fully understanding it. Now, it's time for a challenge!

I have a feeling I won't know what to do until I get to the Exploits section of my book. I'm on page 30, since Saturday Sept. 17. Exploits is the next chapter/section which starts on page 115.
