Is there a configuration file for the Launcher Items in the Launcher side bar?

Hi, I am trying to add an application launcher to the Launcher side bar in 11.04.

It is for an item that I have downloaded (Qcad beta3-2) and unpacked. I used 'Create Launcher' on the Desktop, used it to start the app and then checked 'Keep in Launcher'.

It keeps in the launcher but the icon is the generic launcher icon and not the one I chose.

What I would like is a list of all the items in the Launcher with a means to configure the item with perhaps some start up options and an icon selector.

How do I do that?

I'm not sure about the icon , but there are quick list options available .
