Hello,

(1) For those who are using Linux from the school, and the admins do not want to install anything.

OK, Linux is great so here what we can use :
- zenity
- mplayer
- and bash/sh

OK, I have made a zenity based player to watch TV under linux.

You may run it with those files. Unpack into your $HOME

http://www.divshare.com/download/15752452-794

then run :

sh ~/.fvwm/scripts/fvwmwebtv.sh

Man, the database of freetuxtv is rather not up-to-date. A lot of streams are not working. Please linux users, give us a hand. We work hard for making you a great webtv support.

Enjoy ! Thank you the Linux community and Eric !!

(2) Could you test this program and let me know if it works for you, and any improvements to the codes are welcome...

I may notice that the database of freetuxtv is not so so up-to-date.

Enjoy TV and Linux!
All the best, May Linux be with you always ;)
