Hello

I have 11.04, standard Ubuntu, installed and running with all the latest updates.

I have configured DynDNS, and port forwarding on my router.

There are 2 user accounts on the machine: J and A.

J is admin. A is standard user.

I can connect from completely outside my local network using DynDNS to my Ubuntu machine if account J is logged in.

If account A is only logged in, I get "connect refused 10061"

If BOTH J and A are logged in, I can log into VNC.

If ONLY A is logged in, I get connection refused 10061. I tried making A an admin account just to see, but that didn't work.

All port forwarding and DYnDNS must be working, since I can log into user J.

Does anyone have any ideas on what to check?

ANY help greatly appreciated!
